These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the DTCStack website at www.dtcstackhq.com and its calculators, utilities, guides, and related features (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. “DTCStack,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the people or business operating the Services.

You may use the Services only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms. If you use them for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

DTCStack provides general-purpose ecommerce calculators and informational content. Outputs depend on the inputs, assumptions, rounding, and limitations shown by each tool. They are estimates for planning and educational purposes, not accounting, tax, legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

You are responsible for checking formulas, assumptions, rates, and results against your own records and circumstances before making business, pricing, advertising, tax, or other decisions. A calculator result is not a promise of profit, performance, or a particular business outcome.

The core calculations run in your browser, and the values you enter are not sent to DTCStack by the calculator code. You remain responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining your own copies of any information you need. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information through the Services unless a feature explicitly requests it and explains its handling.

Use the Services lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the site. You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, gain unauthorized access to, reverse engineer, or overload the Services; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the Services at scale without permission; or misrepresent the source of our content or tools.

The Services, including their design, software, text, and branding, are owned by DTCStack or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful business or informational purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or create a competing service from substantial portions of the Services without our written permission.

You retain rights to information you enter. Because core calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not transmitted by the calculator code, DTCStack does not acquire ownership of those inputs.

The Services may contain links to or rely on third-party websites or services. Those services are governed by their own terms, and DTCStack is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, and may revise these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new date. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or guarantees, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTCStack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. Applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
