This Privacy Policy applies to the DTCStack website at www.dtcstackhq.com and the calculators, utilities, guides, and related features we make available through it (the “Services”). “DTCStack,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the people or business operating the Services. This policy describes our current tool-focused website and may be updated if the Services change.

The core calculators are designed to process the values you enter in your browser. Your calculation inputs and results are not sent to DTCStack by the calculator code. You do not need to create an account to use the core tools.

Avoid entering personal information, payment credentials, customer records, or other sensitive information into a calculator. If a future feature asks you to submit information, we will explain the relevant collection and use at that feature or update this policy before it is introduced.

When your browser requests a page, the website host and infrastructure providers may receive standard technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. This can include an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device details, and error or security events, depending on provider configuration. We do not use calculator inputs as analytics data.

The site may store preferences in your browser’s local storage, such as the display theme, inventory-planner defaults, and numeric assumptions for the order-profit or ROAS calculator when you choose Save inputs. Uploaded files, product names, SKUs, and per-file rows are not stored there. Each calculator has a control to clear its saved values; you can also remove local data through your browser.

Technical request information may be used to serve pages, maintain site security, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and understand basic operational issues. If you contact us, we use the information in your message to respond and handle your request. We do not sell personal information or use calculator inputs to build advertising profiles.

Website hosting, security, email, or other infrastructure providers may process limited information on our behalf to operate the Services. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not disclose information to third parties for their independent advertising.

The site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control their content or privacy practices, so review their policies before providing information to them.

Calculator values stay in your browser and are not retained by DTCStack through the calculation feature. Technical logs and messages sent to us may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for security, support, operational, or legal purposes, subject to provider practices and applicable law.

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information handled in operating the site. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can use the core tools without an account, avoid entering sensitive information, clear local storage through your browser, or choose not to contact us. Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify it and may be unable to fulfill requests where an exception applies.

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.
